    *We ask for a $1,000 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days. The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time).

    After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash, travelers checks and major credit cards (please add 4% for processing credit cards).

    The home is furnished with most of the basic kitchen items needed, such as dishes, flatware and kitchen utensils. Linens are not provided as part of your rental. Please bring your own food, linens, blankets, towels, toiletries, etc. (Rental Linins, maid service are available for an additional charge. Please inquire by contacting: dlipman12@gmail.com)

    *Pricing subject to change
    * $200 will be deducted from your security deposit for the cleaning company to clean the property.
